Inhaltszusammenfassung:

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden in vitro Experimente hinsichtlich dem Einfluss von Sorafenib auf die Autophagiemodulation in hepatischen Tumorzelllinien durchgeführt und die Wirkungsverstärkung von Sorafenib durch Serumentzug und durch Kombination mit anderen Substanzen bei der Zytozoxizität von hepatischen Tumorzelllinien untersucht.
