Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Es wurden tetra- und trisubstituierte Imidazole als p38alpha MAP Kinase Inhibitoren synthetisiert, auf ihre Hemmaktivität gegenüber der p38alpha getestet und von einigen auserwählten Verbindungen physikochemische Eigenschaften, insbesondere über Immobilized Artificial Membrane (IAM)-Chromatographie, ermittelt.

Abstract:

Tetra- and trisubstituted imidazoles were synthesized as p38alpha MAP kinase inhibitors. There inhibitory potential against the enzyme was evaluated. Some of the inhibitors were characterized by Immobilized Artificial Membrane (IAM)-Chromatography.
