This dissertation concerns in the emphasis the synthesis and instrumental-analytic characterisation (NMR, X-ray, IR) of organic and inorganic derivatives of Meldrum's acid. The derivatives of Meldrum's acid classified as: 1.Zwitterionic derivatives of Meldrum's acid. 2. Salt derivatives of Meldrum's acid. 3. Neutral derivatives of Meldrum's acid
